These terms govern your use of Branova Streams. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must have the right to publish to the social channels you connect.
• You must comply with each connected platform's own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
• No spam, automated abuse, or attempts to breach tenant isolation or security.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Usage limits apply per plan (posts, brands and team seats). See the pricing page.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may update features to improve the product.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branova's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
