We want you to be happy with Branova Streams. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Free plan
The Free plan is free forever — no payment, nothing to cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it reverts to Free.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: charges are non-refundable once the cycle has begun, but you will not be billed again after cancelling.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing streams@branova.in.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
GST
All invoices include applicable GST. Tax already remitted may be non-refundable per regulations.
